What We Collect
Site analytics. When you visit our site we collect basic technical information: pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location based on IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps. This is used to understand how the site is performing.
Contact form submissions. If you submit a form on our site, we collect what you put in it. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message.
SMS subscribers. If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we collect your phone number, the date and method of your consent, the messages we send and receive with you, and any opt-out you submit.
Business inquiry data. If you reach out about a creator partnership, talent management, or other business matter, we keep the information you share with us (company name, role, project details, etc.) so we can respond and follow up.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or payment card numbers through this site.

SMS Program Specifics
Phone numbers collected for our SMS program are used only for the purpose the user consented to at opt-in. We do not sell SMS subscriber data. We do not share SMS subscriber data with third parties for their marketing. If you reply STOP (or any standard opt-out keyword), we stop sending you messages and record the opt-out.
For full details on the SMS program, see our SMS Compliance page.
Third Parties We Use
We share limited information with service providers that help us operate. These include:

- Our email provider for sending and receiving email. The email provider sees message contents and addresses.
We share only what these processors need to perform their function. They are not permitted to use the data for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
