If you submit content to us through a form, email, or other channel (a "Submission"), you grant Hit Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that Submission for the purpose you submitted it (for example, to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a partnership, or follow up with you).

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

6. SMS and Messaging Program Terms

If you provide a phone number and opt in to our SMS program, you agree to receive messages from Hit Network as described on the SMS Compliance page.

By opting in you confirm that:

• The phone number you provided is yours, or you have authority to consent on behalf of the account holder
• You consent to receive recurring messages from Hit Network at that number
• Message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier (not by Hit Network)

To stop messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@hitnetwork.com. Standard opt-out keywords (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) are honored.

7. Third-Party Links

8. Disclaimers

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
